Planning Consultant has a good working relationship with Surrey local planning
authorities and is au fait with the sometimes unpredictable requirements of Surrey local
authority Heritage advisers in dealing with Listed Buildings and Conservation areas.
Unique 12 month Service Another advantage of being local is that in all quotations for timber orangeries and
conservatories in Surrey, we include a 12 month maintenance check. 12 months after i
nstallation is complete, we visit you, wash your building down, check all joints and seals
and oil all door and window hinges and carry out any warranty maintenance. This service
